These are both houses for sale and houses to let. Based on the expat's personal wishes we can assist him/her to select the best houses.
• Accompany the expat on a viewing – If requested we accompany the expats when they are going to look at a house. The first viewing is always important for the expat to see if the house feels like a home.
• Assist in negotiations – If the expat decides the chosen property is his/her new home, we will assist in the negotiation process if it is a house for sale.
• Arrange mortgage – If the expat chooses to buy a property, we assist in arranging the mortgage. We can also recommend some good notaries and valuators with whom we have established good relationships over the years.
