Corporate employee benefits

Due to globalisation it happens more and more that employees of a Dutch company are working abroad. Or that employees of foreign companies come to the Netherlands to work. It also happens that people move abroad to work for a foreign employer. These employees are called expatriates or third country nationals.

To offer both employer and expat securities concerning employee benefits, H&N Associates has developed a Corporate Employee Benefits Package. We provide them with employee benefit packages equal to the expatriates home country circumstances like social security etc. This package can be adjusted to the wishes of the employer. The Corporate Employee Benefits Package can contain the following elements:

• Surviving dependents income
• International health insurances
• International disability insurances

These can be offered both on individual and group basis.
